Kim Shuler, LCSW, is serving as the Executive Director for ABHIN. Kim has been working in the Behavioral Health field for over 20 years. She currently has a private practice in Lowell, AR, is an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas Social Work department, and serves on a statewide stakeholder group focused on providing behavioral health services to individuals in primary care practice settings. She has experience in various behavioral health settings from inpatient to outpatient settings. She has served in both direct practice clinical roles and administrative roles. She has extensive experience in training and supervising behavioral health providers and program development. She is a certified behavioral health consultant and specializes in working with a variety of behavioral health conditions. She has successfully launched integrated behavioral health programs in primary care settings in Arkansas. She is a passionate advocate for behavioral health. She also has a focus on serving multicultural clients and underserved populations.
