Chad Rodgers, MD, FAAP is a private practice pediatrician at Little Rock Pediatric Clinic for the last 18 years and serves as the Board President for ABHIN.

Lee Crow is an IT Service Desk Analyst III at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield where he has worked for 22 years. Lee serves the board as a patient representative.

Denise West is a seasoned operations and strategy leader with extensive experience in process improvement, vendor management, and organizational development. As Managing Partner of GO Brands, she supports nonprofits and government agencies with innovative sourcing and program solutions.

Susan Averitt is a highly respected pediatrician and the CEO/Owner of Best Start Pediatrics in Springdale, Arkansas. She also serves as a clinical instructor with UAMS, mentoring medical students and advancing pediatric education, and brings a strong commitment to family-centered, whole-child health to her role on the board.

Jason Williams serves as the Chief of UAMS’ Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the College of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry and as Arkansas Children’s senior vice president and chief mental and behavioral health officer.
