Nihit Kumar, M.D., DFAACAP
Dr. Nihit Kumar is a board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. His particular area of interest lies in treating adolescents and young adults with addiction. He founded Positive Recovery in 2023 as the premier institute for the treatment of alcohol and substance use disorders across the lifespan. Kumar is passionate about spreading awareness about addiction treatment and its management as well as reducing the stigma surrounding access to addiction care.
