We need partners who provide clinical treatment for SUD in Faulkner Co.

Our goal is to build a referral network that collaborates to provide whole-person care for justice involved individuals with SUD.

Network members will meet monthly to participate in trainings & identify and fill gaps in care.

Are you a community organization, service provider, or stakeholder interested in partnering with FREE-C to support justice-involved individuals on their path to recovery and stability? We invite you to explore draft versions of our Business Associate Agreement (BAA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Care Compact—essential documents that outline roles, responsibilities, and shared commitments.

These drafts provide a transparent look at how we collaborate with our partners to build a seamless, community-driven recovery ecosystem.

We welcome community organizations, agencies, and healthcare providers to join the FREE-C Community Recovery Network.

This group will meet bi-monthly to share resources and announcements, participate in short training opportunities, and collaborate to identify and fill gaps in services for justice involved individuals with SUDs.
