LEE CROW

Lee Crow has lived in Bryant, Arkansas for 17 years. Lee is currently employed with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield where he works as an IT Service Desk Analyst III. Lee has worked for ABCBS for 22 years. Lee serves the board as a patient representative. He is a product of how the CPC+ and primary care program works to help the patient. Lee has lived the last 13 plus years of his life with Type 2 diabetes. Two and a half years ago Lee weighed 453 pounds but has since lost 200 plus pounds. He decided it was time to have a total life transformation and decided to start his journey for better health and wellness. Lee has written a book that details his story. He has had the opportunity to share his story at the Regional CPC+ conference in Benton, Arkansas. He recently had the opportunity to share his story at the national CPC+ Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. Lee recently became a certified personal trainer
