Rachel Achor Jones, MHA is a Population Health Systems Analyst at Arkansas Children’s Hospital with over a decade of experience in healthcare. She has a Master’s degree in Health Administration with a concentration in Population Healthcare Coordination. Jones has spoken at professional conferences to showcase her quality improvement work related to Pediatric Hypertension and Social Drivers of Health as well as her role in implementing the nation’s first statewide pediatric Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). Jones has been published in international, peer-reviewed journals and has had her work highlighted as the “Article of the Week” in an international forum for healthcare professionals. Jones and her colleagues have received the Diane S. Mackey Quality Award, a recognition awarded to a team whose project utilizes rigorous scientific methods resulting in meaningful improvements in care. Through her Social Drivers of Health work, Jones strives to improve community health by addressing underlying social factors that contribute to health disparities and work towards more equitable health outcomes for all.
