Hannah McHardy, RN, IBCLC 

A registered nurse and Senior Director at the UAMS Institute of Community Health Innovation, Hannah McHardy leads efforts to improve health outcomes through community-based solutions and system-level change. Her work focuses on expanding access to care, particularly in rural and underserved areas, by developing programs that address both clinical needs and social drivers of health. She has been involved in advancing innovative care models across Arkansas and plays a key role in connecting communities to resources that support long-term health and well-being.
